Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Love Your Voice. These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities for both the teacher (Sinéad Magee) and the student (or parent/guardian where applicable). By booking a lesson, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Lessons & Packages

• Singing lessons are offered in blocks or term packages unless otherwise arranged.

• Term packages are non-refundable and must be used within the specified dates of the term.

• Trial lessons may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a lesson.

• Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and not refunded or rescheduled.

• In the case of teacher illness or emergency, lessons will be rescheduled or credited.

 

3. Children’s Lessons

• Children must be dropped off and collected promptly at their scheduled time.

• Parents/guardians are welcome to wait nearby but are not required to be present during the lesson unless previously arranged.

• Consistency is key — please ensure your child attends lessons regularly to gain the most benefit from the term.

 

4. Payments

• Payment is due in advance of the first lesson in a package or term unless a payment plan has been agreed.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or as otherwise agreed with Sinéad.

• A receipt can be issued upon request.

 

5. Online Lessons

• Online lessons are held via Zoom.

• Please ensure a quiet space, good internet connection, and that all devices are charged.

• Headphones and a second device (for backing tracks) are recommended for best experience.

 

6. Student Responsibility

Students are expected to attend lessons on time, with a positive attitude and any assigned material prepared.

Regular practice outside of lessons is strongly encouraged to support vocal development.

8. Data & Privacy

Personal information shared during booking or lessons is treated confidentially and will never be shared with third parties.
